Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because it can be quite easy to forget an appointment. It is understood that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore a 24-hour notice is respectfully requested. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which will, in addition to your regular service charge, be collected before your next appointment is scheduled. A $50 (non-refundable) consultation fee will be charged and applied to the service when scheduled.

Payments are made online via the booking app. To secure your establishment appointment, you will be required to make a non-refundable retainer of $250, which will be applied to your establishment cost. This is done because blocking our calendar for a specific time does not allow others to schedule services, with the remainder the day before establishment.

Retightening visits are determined by the growth rate and type of the individual's hair, typically 4-6 weeks. Failure to adhere to a regular schedule affects the retightening period and can affect the hair's condition, such as breakage, matting, and other undesired results caused by irregular maintenance. Loc’d in Beauty is not be held responsible for these results if conditions outlined are not followed. If a newly established client decides to not keep the appointed return for retight, the regular retight fee shall be applicable.
